Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Inspect your order upon arrival.

• If an item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

• Approved claims may be refunded or replaced at our discretion.

Returns for Other Reasons

• Items that are unused and in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• All returns must be pre-approved before sending the item back. Unapproved returns are not accepted.

Return Shipping & Fees

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Items returned in a non-resalable condition may be subject to a restocking fee.

Refund Processing 

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund outcome.

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
